There you can find my free PDF high-resolution download as well as a for-sale center-spiral-bound calendar featuring the same mini photos (though not the same background/border artwork). The price is around $12, all of which is for printing and binding. I make no profit on this one. It unfolds to 11X17 and includes a pretty large range of US, Christian and Jewish holidays.
BTW there are TONS of for-free downloads to be had on Lulu. Just search 'em and see what you get. :D
